What is Mindfulness Meditation?
Mindfulness Meditation, used beneficially for more than 2500 years, has finally bloomed in the West. Research has shown what seem to be miraculous benefit to Meditation - health reversals and improvement; quality of life and happiness rising; even IQ Points going up!
